Villa's in Antalya

"Breakfast is great, so are the rooms and hotel. But the guest service is not what one may expect. Not oriented towards problem solving. They block credit from you card, so you can spend in the hotel and pay at the end. But registration takes too much time and last time the hotel unblocked the money after one month. Not acceptable! The Spa is poor for a hotel like this. The big Turkish spa/hamam smelled really molded. Meaning it is not clean. They do treatment for couples but in seperate rooms! Big disappointment on a special couples occasion. So some minors, 4 stars instead of 5."

"Heel goed hotel, waar ze nu bezig waren de vloeren rond het zwembad te vernieuwen. Heerlijk eten, vriendelijk personeel, Geluidsvrije kamers, heerlijk verwarmd zwembad (binnen). Buiten was er ook een zwembad verwarmd, maar dat hebben we niet gebruikt. In de buurt enkele winkels, maar daar wordt vooral fake merken verkocht..."

"I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the service was extremely poor. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my vacation at all. In particular, the behavior at the bar was very unpleasant, as the staff were unkind and never smiled at the guests . I paid a large amount of money for this hotel, but it was not worth the price at all. All the restaurants were extra charged except for the main one, and the food there was repetitive every day. Overall, I feel that the quality and service did not match the amount I paid . "

"Dit was onze tweede keer bij The Land of Legends en opnieuw waren we super tevreden! Vorig jaar al genoten, maar dit jaar was het net zo geweldig, misschien zelfs beter. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd: de kamers zijn schoon, het personeel is vriendelijk en het eten is heerlijk en gevarieerd. Voor de kinderen is het een waar paradijs met het enorme water- en attractiepark, en ook ’s avonds is er volop entertainment. De sfeer is magisch en we hebben echt genoten als gezin. Soms hoor je ’s avonds wel wat geluid van de shows, maar dat hoort bij de beleving. We kijken nu al uit naar een volgend bezoek!"
