'I found the breakfast to be very satisfying with ample options for everyone. The room was in great condition considering the age of the original structure. The only thing that didn’t rate outstanding to me was the comfort of the sheets, they were rougher than I prefer. This is a GREAT property, staff was very welcoming and I highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Chania, select a room with a balcony…that was the perfect beginning of every day.'

'Alcanea Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem in Chania! Eva was exceptional, checking in on us when our flight was delayed, providing us with detailed recommendations of restaurants and beaches then following up with us on our return. The location was incredible and the interior and exterior of the 500 year old building provided for such a unique experience. 'Mooi hotel in het oude centrum van Chania. Wel lastig met de auto bereikbaar maar voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de omgeving. Ontvangst was hartelijk en de kamer prima in orde. '

'We loved our stay at Riviera Suites. It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a fantastic experience. '
