Eva was exceptional, checking in on us when our flight was delayed, providing us with detailed recommendations of restaurants and beaches then following up with us on our return. 'This place is excellent. The only minor quibbles would be the standard ones these days, namely the bathroom has a glass door which sounded like it was going to break any second, and the bathroom wall is also opaque so that privacy is not exactly 100% and also if you need to visit the bathroom at night, you wake up people trying to sleep. Also the bathroom door was not exactly insulated, so you get to enjoy the sounds emanating from the bathroom. Otherwise an excellent hotel. '

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The hotel and room were spotless, very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great, and the spa service was also very good. I especially appreciated the multiple swimming pools with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."
