« My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room door would not close properly unless it was slammed, and the trim around the door was dirty and visibly falling apart.
The $20+ buffet breakfast was completely unacceptable — poor quality and not worth the price.
More concerning was the ongoing construction noise coming from the adjacent room, including drilling, grinding, and loud music. When I raised this with the front desk, I was repeatedly given inaccurate and dismissive...
