'A couple hundred stairs, no signage, hard to find. Owner showed us how to lock and unlock various doors, main entrance to the hotel door was finicky and not working to the point where we couldn’t leave the hotel when we tried to (door wouldn’t unlock), which is completely illegal; a hotel door cannot be locked to guests from the inside and on top of that the lock wasn’t even working. The owner then threatened to charge me for repair costs of the lock and having new keys made (we didn’t brake it,...

'It was a great stay in Amalfi. The location is incredible in the heart of Amalfi and directly facing the cathedral. The people are so lovely and helpful that they make the whole stay magical. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Loved it. Thank you to all the ladies working there.'
