'Cannot fault staff, cleanliness, location & facilities'

'The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. '

'Room was ok but not refreshed daily. The staff were friendly and wanted you to have a good stay. Didn't like that residents had to pay parking.'

'Exceeded expectations. The staff team were really friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and great coffee. We ate breakfast and dinner and had great food.we also atexat the bistro opposite which was great. Will definitely stay again. '

'An enjoyable one night stay at a hotel where the positive features far outweigh any minor niggles. Attentive and pleasant staff, excellent food, well presented and served in a timely manner. Rooms just bordering on the need for some love and attention, although White Stuff toiletries do a good job in diverting attention from the nasty stain on one of the seats. Decent enough spa facilities, although it would be helpful if the price to swim were included in the booking price.'

'When I woke up at 7:30 AM there was no water in my bathroom. So I went to the reception but is was closed. I found someone in the restaurant who could not help me at all. No one available to help. I will never visit this hotel ever again. '

'prima Hotel, erg dichtbij het vliegveld Leeds, LBA, 10 minuutjes rijden. Restaurant helaas was al bezet maar in de bar kon gelukkig ook gewoon diner besteld worden en daar gegeten. Kamer prima in orde, wifi iet wat langzaam maar dat is Engeland...'

'Robert greeted us at the door and was friendly. The room we were shown to was perfect, bed was comfortable and amenities clean and tidy. The location of Kirkgate House was great, in the middle of the town with bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Would recommend and if we visit Knaresborough again, definitely would stay.'
