'Het hotel is prima, ruime kamers, schoon, luxe gevoel, prachtige badkamer met bad en aparte (regen) douche, maar eenmaal buiten struikel je over bedelaars en zwervers, we waren in shock. Het voelt niet fijn. Minpunt is wel dat we vertrokken tijdens de gaypride en onduidelijk was of er bussen naar Leeds Bradford reden. De ene recepcionist zei van wel, de andere zei, de chaos op het plein voor het hotel bekijkend, "no, no busses" . Onze rit naar de luchthaven werd van £4,00 met de bus £30,00 met...

'Very clean and efficient hotel well worth the money. Parking is not worth it as there is on street parking around the hotel which is no where near as expensive. Staff were excellent, room was spotless, bathroom was super cleana nd shwer was nice.'

'Clean room, shower was powerful. We were unable to stay at the hotel on our first night due to an electrical issue in some of the rooms so had to stay at another hotel. This situation was handled professionally and politely by Lennon. '

Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character. '
