'When I woke up at 7:30 AM there was no water in my bathroom. So I went to the reception but is was closed. I found someone in the restaurant who could not help me at all. No one available to help. I will never visit this hotel ever again. '

'Absolutely loved this hotel! Very warm and friendly staff, even gave us a freshly baked cookie. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and even complimentart à la carte options as well. The HDMI port and mirror heating were very thoughtful!'

'No water pressure in the hotel whatsoever! We were on the third floor (2xfamily room) and neither room had pressure. We realised this was a bigger issue with the long queues at reception and many people complaining. When we asked for support the hotel staff were dismissive and said there is nothing they can do.
