'I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Astana. The location is convenient for visiting some attractions, as it is close to the museum, a mosque, and a park. However, the main monuments and tourist attractions are farther away, so you will need to take a taxi or public transportation to reach them. Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt quite dated. The room was not particularly impressive or immaculate, and the furniture and overall appearance looked somewhat old. The lobby also has an older...

'Hotel situated in the "old" town Astana ( not the new Astana build 1998 dibvided by the river ) as it was at 500lm from my meetings it was ok nice swimming pool and sauna by the way '

'Good and friendly service, flexibil staff. No sauna in the sport space. Very important when you have such a cold winters .'

Ps. Ontbijt is heel lekker :-) '

'Enjoyed our stay. Good location for visiting our friends. Breakfast was simple and bottomless. Very helpful staff.'

'Well located hotel, large rooms for a good price. There was no housekeeping during my stay. Reception staff is nit very punctual. Sauna and swimming is niot complimentary. '

'Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.'

'Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast.'

'clean room, friendly staff, I had everything I needed. Satisfied with my stay'
