'The room was clean but the train made the stay a lot less enjoyable'

'Hallways smelled like smoke. Stains on some of the underneath bedding and pillows. Cigarette burn on the comforter. Other than that, the room was clean. You pay for what you get I guess. '

'It’s an older, renovated property. It’s perfect for someone that needs a place to lay for a night or 2. Staying there longer would be uncomfortable. Must enjoy stairs as there is no elevator. Ice machine wasn’t working so we would’ve had to see the tweaker working the desk. '

'The room itself was fine, was pretty disappointed with my shower my entire stay. My water didn’t get hot for showers until our check out day, where there was a plumber there fixing something. I had my do not disturb on the door and got disturbed by staff either by phone call or knocking at the door to ask us for the towels - not to clean our room but to get our towels every morning by 10am but Saturday morning. The do not disturb was not on the door anytime we left, and we weren’t there but to...

'Nasty. We left and went to another hotel. Gaps in the door, reeked of smoke, blood on the walls, counters not wiped. We reeked of smoke after sitting in there for only 7-8 minutes.'

'Never stayed. They wouldn't accept booking thru Expedia and said no pets when the site says pet friendly. '

'I know the rule you get what you pay for yet this place was absolutely not in the same boat for this rule.. People checkin nice and polite.. Cleaners nice and polite. Room was like needing lots of maintence being all was obviously just loose and not secured even the floor in Bathroom was not secure. Refrigerate not secure the door Frame on A/C falling off. plus the bed linen for cover sheet was witha big nasty stanin on it and the room across the hall was allowed ot have loud and very dirruptive...
