'Coffee pot in the room would have been helpful. The shower didn't have a lot of pressure and my husband had to wait for the water to get hot.'

Complimentary breakfast was very good and hot selection changed everyday which is a pleasant surprise. Wow, we did not use it, they do have an in-house restaurant and offer room service. The gym was reasonably well appointed and all equipment was clean and in good working order. 'Very clean, thought we got a free breakfast but you don't, they had a bistro that sold food, kinda pricey and really nothing for preteens to eat, but we got the fancy Pizza and wings, which tasted good just kinda costly. Pool was small but clean, the were strict about kids swimming with no adult but it was 5 ft deep and the kids were 10 and 12, and grew up with a pool so they were kinda again, strict,.but other then that help was friendly.'

'Lovely suites hotel in a great location. We reserved two rooms for our family trip and had a fantastic stay. The rooms are well appointed, beds are comfortable, they provide just about everything you need. We worked out in the gym and took walks around the lake.Their breakfast bar was well stocked and had a good variety of items. It is near several shopping and dining options that you can walk to. We would definitely stay here again.'
