'Everything about our stay was flawless except our room wasnt available until around 6:00 which threw off our plans for the evening. Still, a great place to stay. Pricey, but worth the spend for a great weekend. Would return'

'Helpful and friendly staff. But not much around it'

'The room was very clean and the staff was kind. The only drawback is that there is no microwave in the room, but other than that, the room was perfect.'

'Staff was great! Convenient location to lots of local places.'

'The property was easily accessible. I travel for work. I told the front desk as I was leaving, it was one of my best experiences! I travel to Huntsville several times a year. I will absolutely want to stay there again and recommend to others!'

'Prima en luxe hotel. Alleen bij verlate aankomst een ongeïnteresseerde receptiemedewerker. Verder was het personeel erg vriendelijk '

'My room was not fully clean. There were stains in the toilet and had dirty water sitting in the tub. I ran into housekeeping and asked them to clean the tub as at the time that was all I saw once checked in. I did not see the dirty toilet until later. Staff needs to pay attention to detail in the cleaning department. I understand the need to turn over a room quickly but leaving things dirty and unsanitized is unacceptable.'

'The room was very clean! The breakfast was good!'

'very pushy about getting me out in time for the next guest.'

'This facility is outdated. They didn’t put me in the room I rented on Expedia. They just gave me what ever was available. The first room they put me in looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets smelled. I have photos and really think they should have reimbursed me, I couldn’t sleep through the night because it was so dirty.'

'Clean and the staff was polite and helpful.'

'Nice location'
