« The hospitality of the staff especially Ginny the owner of this fine establishment was very helpful and were great to chat with regarding the region of the Adirondacks. Let me not forget to mention the rooms are cozy, impeccable and lovely decorated by Ginny who is true artist. I do plan on visiting this area of the Adirondacks again and the Balsams will be base camp when exploring this beautiful area. »

« Our friend group stayed over the weekend to tour Lake George and Johnsburg. The cabin was immaculate. The host graciously provided snacks, beverages, and several household supplies. They accommodated our every request and they communicated with us in an extremely prompt and warm manner. The highlights included the fire pit, the grill, the deck, the den, and the large living room. We obviously will come back. »

« We were a group of 14 people, including 4 teens, and we had a great stay! Check in was easy and it wasn't hard to locate the house. It was literally the first house on the right as soon as you drive up the driveway. The house was equipped with everything that was needed but if you needed anything else, there is a Dollar General like 8 minutes away. On our second day there, we did realize the BBQ propane tank was empty. We notified Dick, the property manager, and shortly after we had 2 full...
