« Camp Twosome was the perfect place to spend a few rainy days with spots of sunshine in the adirondacks. The view out the large windows was delightful, wonderfully framing the fall colors cascading over the mountains. Along with the view was a wonderful feeling of seclusion with the convenience of a fairly short drive into town when you need groceries or to stop at Cafe Sarah for drinks and a macaroon. « Had a great stay. The original booking had a loft and wasn't handicap accessible, so we switched to another cabin on the property. The new cabin had a couple steps up, and a small front porch. A rail would have been nice, but we made it work. It was charming, cozy, warm, clean, quiet, and private with a nice bathroom and hot shower. The kitchen was great, I cooked breakfast and a roast chicken and baked some apple turnovers. We had a nice campfire under the stars. We had a nice view and enjoyed...

« First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure! »

« Simple mountain cabin in remote location. Space in great for a couple or two singles. Property has plenty of elbow room with several other structures spread out across a giant clearing next to a lake. We hiked, swam, kayaked, fished and relaxed and enjoyed the views. We cooked dinner on the charcoal grill, and drank our morning coffee while listening to the birds. Hosts were attentive and chatted with us a few times. »

« The house was adorable and clean, and the host was responsive and kind. Kitchen had everything we needed. My only caution would be that this house is definitely more for families/groups who won’t be spending a lot of time indoors. While there were plenty of comfy sleeping spaces, there wasn’t adequate seating for 6 of us to comfortably watch a movie in the evening. Besides that…a really great stay! »

"Super endroit! La disposition des différents immeubles/ lieux permettait de se sentir bien et rendait l’endroit chaleureux. Foyer extérieur le soir, BBQ mis à la disposition des cuisiniers, hamacs, etc. Chambre design incroyable (2 chambres fermées ), tout était à la hauteur des photos et des attentes. Personnel chaleureux. Piscine propre et accessible. La rue principale à 10-15 minutes de marche. Seules déceptions: les vélos et le sauna défectueux. Si les vélos et le sauna ne sont pas dans vos critères: nous recommandons 110%. Merci Eastwind Hôtel. "
