'Breakfast was good. Long wait on coffee. People who came in after us got their coffees first. Rooms are clean and luxury, staff are my best friends and air con works great. Fridge didn't work but got replaced without us even knowing '

'Schoon en netjes, maar sommige dingen kunnen wel een update gebruiken. De kastjes bij de waterkoker hadden vochtplekken en waren erg beschadigd. Badkamer op zich schoon, maar ook hier kan eea vernieuwd worden. Handig gelegen bij de gratis tram die naar het centrum gaat.'

'Located on the South Terrace and one of the few hotels with a pool (if I remember correctly). The room was beautiful and very modern. Some of the reception staff were rather unfriendly when we asked for extra towels. We were staying in a room with 3 people and there were always only 2 towels. So we asked 1 more a the reception for the room and 2 for the pool and he told us to use the same one?! Housekeeping was also weird sometimes, I had to write them a note to let them know there were 3...

'The location of this hotel can not be beat . Front desk staff both on check in and check out were very friendly and concerned for us to have a good stay . I used both the fitness center and the pool both experiences very positive . The rooms are dated and need renovating but very clean. The breakfast was great . Was there NYE was perfect place to see fireworks . '
