Appartementen in Adelaide Park Lands

'Ligt geweldig centraal in Adelaide, dicht bij centrum, universiteit, botanische tuin en wijn (proef) centrum. Die ligging is ook een nadeel, veel herrie 's nachts. De leefkamer is wat spartaans en daarmee ongezellig ingericht en hetzelfde geldt voor de keuken. Er is wat je nodig hebt maar ook echt niets meer dan dat. Echt zelf koken is waarschijnlijk niet de bedoeling.'

'The property was in an amazing location. We could walk to most things in the CBD.'

'Great location, clean room, easy process. Expedia makes it hard to communicate due to blocking URLs within messages so I had to switch between the app and the web app multiple times. Thankfully the property host warned about this and remembered everything so I was able to obtain the access code and check in. Thank you. Please push Expedia for a better communication process or use their messaging channel. '

'Beautiful, highly recommend :)'

'The location of the apartment was excellent. The spacious and well appointed interior made our stay very comfortable. As I pointed out to the letting agency the cleaner needed to be advised to do a more thorough clean for e.g. the oven and rubbish bins.'

'Fantastic location. Loved the privacy of the two separate bedrooms with both having an en suite'

'Although a little further away from my office than where I normally stay, this was more than made up for by the quality of the apartment. Highly recommended.'

'Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...

'To access property we had to pick up a key from a lock box which was located a block away from the property.this was inconvenient. Property was located upstairs - 2flights of stairs and no lift access. Room was clean and neat with modern bathroom, however there were no bath towels on arrival and we needed to contact host who didn’t answer phone and I was unable to leave a message either. I eventually made contact with host via email and they replied promptly and dropped bath towels 10 mins...

'An absolute joy to stay at the Swainson on Hindmarsh- perfect location and the cosiest apartment which made for the perfect stay! Book now and thank me later.'
