Nice city view, but what makes this facility really pleasant is the super understanding and helpful staff. After a journey around the globe these folks can make the difference if you're exhausted. 'Ample space within the room. Plenty of kitchen utensils, towels etc. We had access from our room to 2 balconies. One thing to note was the available carparking to access check-in, found that tricky but otherwise a smooth, calm and fun visit. We will be back!'
