'Zermama was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room had an unbelievable view of the Matterhorn. We happily donned the fake fur coats to sit on our balcony and enjoy coffee in the morning as Zermatt came alive. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be excellent. 'Het hotel is modern ingericht met grote kamers alsmede extra faciliteiten zoals een fitnessruimte en een spa. Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch met allerlei soorten yoghurt, ontbijtgranen, vers fruit, brood, kaasjes, vleeswaren en jams. Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Helaas was het tijdens ons verblijf ontzettend warm in het hele hotel. Dat had niet onze voorkeur. '

'This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast buffet is epic and the spa is very well appointed with multiple pools and sauna options. Our room was also impressive with modern and comfortable amenities capped off by a view of the Matterhorn!'

'It’s a ski town, so expect it to be slightly dirty. Walls are very thin and could hear fellow travelers coughing throughout the night. Overall, it was a good stay. It did the job of giving me shelter for the night. 😊'

'We had a beautiful terrace that overlooked the shopping and dining areas of the town. Walking distance to train station and the gondola lifts up the mountain. Having a Guinness poured by Mac was wonderful, and we had great conversation.'
