'Before our check-in, I sent an email but never received a response, despite receiving a message encouraging us to reach out if we needed anything or had any questions.

'upon arrival at 4pm a pool party with extremely loud music started. I called the Front Desk to ask what was going on and he attempted to gaslight me into thinking there was no music. It took me about 5 to 10 minutes of convincing him to stick his head outside to prove to him that there was a concert going on. He had no idea. later I realize that my room was getting hot and had an engineer come out to check the AC. Turns out the AC had completely broken and they needed to have me move rooms...

'This is the very definition of a “Boutique Hotel”. Everything about it is special; the design, the grounds, the vibe. It’s all sensational. Yes, it’s expensive.
