'I will not book with Westin again due to the out rages hold charges. We booked this hotel and prepaid in full well in advance of our trip. Upon arrival we were charged a hold of $586.78 and additional hold of $50. There was no clear answer to why their charge is so high an additional charges other then they are computer generated. We do a lot of traveling and book higher end accommodations mostly through Expedia and pre pay, and never have we encounter a hold charge this high or additional holds...
