'We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aranwa in the Sacred Valley! A special thank you to Gualberto for being so warm and welcoming and making us feel right at home 🩷
The buffet was amazing, with lots of variety and plenty of options, including gluten-free choices. We had an issue with the water in our room, but the staff took care of it quickly and moved us to another room that was even bigger than our original one. As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have some snacks available in the...

'We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs...

'It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero. This is only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (I think) so we got lucky as we were okay there one night. Worth it. He was so nice and educational. We’ve never...

'Amazing room with hot tub two beds at different levels which creates a feeling of privacy without being in separate rooms. We went with our two small children and they had the most awesome pack and play for our baby. Food was delicious! The whole place is a dream and the spa was fantastic!'

'This was a beautiful stay and the host/owner is so incredibly sweet and accommodating to any needs you may have. Highly recommended doing dinner on-site at least once as it is very much worth the cost. If you're planning on being in Urubamba, stay here!'
