'Pro's: Covered, secure parking - albeit expensive. Very comfy beds - pillowtop. Bar in the lobby is great and bar food was excellent. Location great for main street and the street car.
Cons: pretty filthy. Rooms are not clean, so if you are a clean freak, this may not be the hotel for you. Beds were clean "looking," but bathrooms, walls, closets, doors, handles, etc. filthy. Cleaning staff need a supervisor and quality control. Our co2 alarm was ripped out of the wall, just sitting on a...

'I last stayed here three years ago and thought it was great to come back and see all the new updates and I can’t complain! We forgot a toothbrush and the front desk gave us some, the breakfast is decent for a hotel, and valet is very convenient. This will be our go to hotel when visiting KC.'
