'Biggest Gripe. Though I paid in full in advance at Hotels.com they tried to charge me in full again when I checked out. When I checked in, they said I had only pre-paid for a room without air conditioning and then took me to a hot room. I agreed to pay an extra Rs 400 for air conditioning. Then on checkout they wanted me to the entire bill again, as if I had not prepaid at Hotels.com. When I told them I had already paid they reran the bill and charged me way more than Rs 400 for the air...
