'On our first night, we were checked into a room that should not be sold. The wallpaper was falling off. There were tiles loose in the bathroom. The mattress was severely uncomfortable and creaky, and the AC barely working. We were told the hotel was completely sold out and we could not switch rooms the next morning. I went downstairs to request a renovated room and it was great so my review is mixed because they did end up making things right but to think I paid almost $400 for that first room...

'Front desk staff was very nice but understaffed.
Toilet didn’t flush and we should have been moved to another room but that did not happen until we insisted. Four girls had to use the lobby bathroom. Poor communication between plumber and staff and us. Pool closing The heated pool was not heated and no towels. The jacuzzi did not work.'

'Staff was nice, hotel was clean but a bit outdated. No extras, breakfast was an extra charge, no coffee like other hotels have for free in the am. Nowhere to fill your water bottle, but the staff at the bar did fill it for me. Still nice, safe, clean place to stay. Relatively decent priced.'
