'Great stay, excellent breakfast and service. The hotel is on walking distance of the trainstation ( be sure to exit on the backside of the station). There are lots of Rental car companies in the neighbourhood and shopping mall Ishibashi plaza on walking distance. The Korean BBQ Yakiniku a bit further down the same road is excellent. I recommend this hotel.'

'We had a great experience at this ryokan! They picked us up from the train station and upon arrival at the hotel, a staff member discussed the amenities, use of the onsen and will answer any questions. The ryokan has a small outdoor onsen. Traditional Japanese breakfast and 12 course dinner are included in the room rate. Overall a wonderful stay.'

'Great hot spas (there are 2 inside and also outdoor) and nice Japanese style room, with all the amenities. The staff is super nice and friendly, they even gave us a ride to the station, because taxi service was not available. Well worth the experience!'

'Very relaxing stay. Staff were friendly. Beautiful infinite pool (not for swimming). Free In-house public Japanese bath (private onsen is available for a fee). Many amenities provided, yukata, samuye, socks, sandals. The breakfast and dinner were amazingly delicious! We booked a room with a private onsen in the balcony. 3-4mins walk to/from Togendai Station. Very nice day trip on sightseeing cruise around Lake Ashinoko. Shuttle services to Odawara Station but maybe be fully booked!'

'This was a perfect location for a quick stopover two nights one day in Atami. Smart room - check in and out was smooth. And the Japanese breakfast with decent coffee option hit the spot. Small breakfasts work for us. We recommend the floors get a better cleaning - sticky floor which was surprising as the place was spotless otherwise. Perhaps a mop was not functioning? Anyway we really found the price value excellent. Thank you.'
