« The property is very nicely done and thoughtfully furnished. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and very functional. The two stories make it easy to spread out. The main level has two small bedrooms (the queen beds 'just fit') and the secondary lower level has a queen bed and ample space. The second kitchenette is a nice touch. « This is a great location for families with young children, with parks, other outdoor activities, and for getting to downtown. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with ample seating for meals. The property manager was very responsive to any issues that needed attention during our stay. It was easy to find street parking with the parking passes provided. We loved our stay and had a great vacation! »

« Loved the apartment. It was clean and well stocked! Plenty of towels for 4 of us. We also really enjoyed the location. About a mile walk to Wrigley, but loved the neighborhood. We took advantage of the delicious burrito place, Dunkin Donuts, and the bar a few doors down. Check in and check out were both easy. We would definitely stay again! »

« I would like to say that I was highly disappointed with the customer service, after already having the room booked for over a week I was contacted an hr and a half after check in on the day I was suppose to be there with additional requirements including a $200 fee (Hopefully I get that back) check in was at 3pm I wasnt able to get into my room till 6pm and I had a concert to attend at 8pm this rush caused more stress then it was worth but yes make sure the now $500 room is really worth it...

« The location is very convenient to restaurants, shops, the lake and transit options. We felt very safe walking in and around the neighborhood at all times and ride sharing options were abundant. The apartment is in a vintage Chicago building and the pictures accurately depicted the unit. We rented for a month and had everything we needed to cook, do laundry and relax. After reading the first review, I thought for sure the cleanliness would have been addressed, however, I do agree that there are many cleaning issues that have been overlooked. Vents, light fixtures, baseboards, under the beds- places where dust collects- it was there. This wasn't really my biggest issue however.
