I called the front desk to ask for a toaster, a kettle and some dish cloths because it’s a kitchenette you are required to wash your own dishes how the hell can you do that without dish towels and not even a plug in the sink to keep the water in and when the guy showed up, he handed me a sponge??????? no kettle to have breakfast, no toaster for toast for breakfast no remote for the TV when I call the front desk. The guy came up with five or six remotes not one of them...

'I'm a fan of the hotel's location, but the property itself needs some serious TLC. For starters, the air conditioning system is crying out for new machines , and the windows – both inside and out – are in desperate need of a good cleaning. Laundry – the machines were filthy and covered in dust( I cleaned up , myself ) New machines would be a great place to start. Staff were friendly and helpful.'

'Staff was very helpful. Sam was great. Very friendly and very efficient. Breakfast could definitely be better. I think just the eggs and sausage could be different. Room the basin plug and hair dryer were not working properly'

'I usually find my Holiday Inn stays pretty good, but I would absolutely not stay at this hotel again. The highway noise was crazy. I guess that's my fault for not researching the location. I am not one to be bothered by noise, but this was a lot when there was loud motorbikes and cars flying by at 2am. We didn't check in until 9:30pm because we were out at West Ed. When we arrived, there was one person checking in ahead of us, which took forever because they didn't have the room that they had...
