'I appreciated the full attention of the receptionist when checking in. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. '
'My young family loved our stay here. The apartment had fantastic views and oodles of space. While the building is not modern, everything was in reasonable condition and still very comfortable. My wife quite enjoyed the Frog and Toad Cafe nearby. '
'Comfortable accommodation but it is dated and has obvious wear on everything. There were mystery stains on the throw on the bed which made me a bit uncomfortable. It is however safe and comfortable for an overnight but I’m not sure I would stay longer. Staff were really nice. '
'Great place to stay if you need a BNE airport stopover. Easy walk to Skygate Mall which has a 24hrs Woolworths and the DFO Outlets. The rooms are super clean, quality fittings and comfy bed. It’s also very quiet so easy to get a good nights rest. '

The breakfast is not worth the extra money, breakfast staff is not motivated, the choice is limited and only 1 cup of coffee is included. Breakfast room looks like a sportsbar, not cozy at all!

"Brsibane is great. Although the hotel is in the centre somehow it manged to be somewhere where there is absolutly nothing. But don't worry, within 10-15 minutes walk you are in all the goo places or with Lime or uber. Go to South Bank (little stanley street) or city beach, or the Cliffs boardwalk for good food or Fortitude valley for nightlife ;)"
