'This place was AMAZING! Host Carla is fabulous, with great communication and so accommodating. The condo is clean, practical with all supplies you need. The pool / grounds were beautiful. It is a quiet place, definitely not a place to party… beach was 5 minutes away, shops 9 minute walk and downtown (5th street) was only 20 minute walk! 10/10'

'We received an email from them as we landed at the Cancun airport to indicate our room wasn’t available, the replacement accommodations they offered looked in no way comparable. At least they quickly refunded our money but we were left to scramble to find another hotel during the cab ride from Cancun to Playacar. We’ve never had anything like this happen before!'

'Very nice resort. We loved it a lot. Very nice territory. Setups, clean rooms. Beautiful surroundings. Two breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent!. Dinner restaurants were rather disappointment. We went to all offered restaurants and all of them were medium to low quality. I would suggest to stick to buffets. But overall it was very good experience.'
