'We very much enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to communications.'

'Safe area, easy walking to resteraunts shops beach mini-ruins, and large pool that had 8 people playing in it at once. A few aspects of the house are on the older end, but as long as that doesn’t bother you, the house is spacious and was perfect for extended family get together. Age range from 8 to 50 of all personality types and everyone found a ton of things to enjoy. Highly recommended.'

'We received an email from them as we landed at the Cancun airport to indicate our room wasn’t available, the replacement accommodations they offered looked in no way comparable. At least they quickly refunded our money but we were left to scramble to find another hotel during the cab ride from Cancun to Playacar. We’ve never had anything like this happen before!'

'Very nice resort. We loved it a lot. Very nice territory. Setups, clean rooms. Beautiful surroundings. Two breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent!. Dinner restaurants were rather disappointment. We went to all offered restaurants and all of them were medium to low quality. I would suggest to stick to buffets. But overall it was very good experience.'
