'When I visited there was construction going on at one of the restaurants but what was still open was very nice. The pool was shallow so it’s mostly for decoration. We had a great time there and really enjoyed the rooftop bar/lounge area. '

'Super leuk en schoon hotel. zuidamerikaanse sfeer.fijn en ongedwongen. Centraal en toch ver van alle lawaai in het centrum. Ontbijt incl.goed en uitgebreid. Wallmart en ado bus halte om de hoek. Onderhoud van jacuzzi op het dakterras mag iets beter. Jacuzzi op begane grond wel top .zwembaden ook! Hotel ligt 2 straten van 5th avenue en ferry naar conzumel ! Kortom...echt een aanrader! We komen graag terug!😃👍'

'Heerlijke accomodatie ruime kamer en goede sanitaire voorzieningen. Douche met een stevige straal. Airco enz.enz. Wij zijn hier 16 nachten geweest en de service was super wat een vriendelijk personeel en wat een heerlijk vakantiegevoel. Het hotel ligt dicht bij 5th avenue de belangrijkste straat met allemaal super goede restaurants Geen last gehad van geluidsoverlast door het uitgaans publiek. Tot op de laatste minuut genoten.'

'The Hilton is close to everything in Playa del Carmen but they somehow keep the craziness and peddlers of 5th avenue away. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. The staff is amazingly friendly and are quick to offer an ola and smile every time you see them. The beach is unfortunately eroding away and very rocky. Hilton is one of the few resorts to clean off the seaweed each day - so that was appreciated. The multiple restaurants on site offer a good mix of options and the buffets were always...

'Check-in took a long time and Francisco the receptionist, could have been more honest and direct instead of looking for excuses. The stay itself was really good. A bit more entertainment in the evening would have been nice. Unfortunately, there is only a very small beach that can be used for the guests and this is not close to the pool area.'

'I didnt like the food. Food needs a lot of work. Especially the buffet. The pools are nice. The beach as well. Rooms are clean and good size. '

'I was truly surprised at all the animals that were on the premises. I adore all wildlife and was in awe of the variety you had. The premises were maintained impeccably and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient.'

'The room was big and very comfortable. Also good that they offer a big bottle of drink water. The beach is just in front of the hotel. Good location as well. Wifi connection very good. '
