'Beautiful property and comfortable rooms. Some musical performers were a bit loud, but you could get away from them. Restaurants were a bit of a challenge, as you had to wait about an hour for dinner no matter when you went or which restaurant you went to. The food was good. The restaurants also required men to wear pants, but some of them were not air conditioned, so this requirement was a bit warm at times. Restaurant menus were a bit limited as well. 'When I visited there was construction going on at one of the restaurants but what was still open was very nice. The pool was shallow so it’s mostly for decoration. We had a great time there and really enjoyed the rooftop bar/lounge area. '

'Property was nice and small. Most of the staff was very friendly. Money certainly talks though. Most all inclusive resorts I have been to take tips and are very grateful for them, but I found many bartenders would only serve you with money in hand. Most of the food and restaurants were good. Plenty of options so everyone can enjoy. Rooms were beautiful and clean. It’s sleepy compared to most resorts, but that’s fine with us as we usually turn in earlier than the normal crowd. '

'Wij zijn hier 6 dagen geweest. en het is een vrij groot hotel met gym,zwembad en massage spa geloof ik maar daar zijn we niet geweest. gym ziet er mooi uit (ben geen kenner 😁) en de 2 zwembaden op het dak zijn ook prachtig. ook is daar de bar geplaatst netjes allemaal. mensen zijn behulpzaam en aardig. beneden is het restaurant en dat rook ook lekker maar ook daar zijn we niet geweest. 'The Hilton is close to everything in Playa del Carmen but they somehow keep the craziness and peddlers of 5th avenue away. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. The staff is amazingly friendly and are quick to offer an ola and smile every time you see them. The beach is unfortunately eroding away and very rocky. Hilton is one of the few resorts to clean off the seaweed each day - so that was appreciated. The multiple restaurants on site offer a good mix of options and the buffets were always...

'Check-in took a long time and Francisco the receptionist, could have been more honest and direct instead of looking for excuses. The stay itself was really good. A bit more entertainment in the evening would have been nice. Unfortunately, there is only a very small beach that can be used for the guests and this is not close to the pool area.'
