The hotel is beautiful, the beach is fantastic and we had a super room, with mezzanine, terrace and view on the sea. Despite all this, we were quite disappointed and we would not rebook a room there anytime soon. 2 main issues: 1) In a 5*, self-proclaimed "Luxury Eco Boutique" hotel, you should actually have the choice to listen to (loud) music in your room or not. This was not the case. In our room, from the morning until 10pm, we could hear the music from the restaurant (so loud that we could hear every word & note and sing along). Even worse, half of the time, we could also hear the (as loud) music from the bar, hardly 10m away from the restaurant, WHICH WAS DIFFERENT. Best way to drive your guests crazy after a couple of hours. We mentioned it a number of times and, sometimes, the hotel reacted and turned the volume down or even stopped one of the 2 sources. But, the next day, inexorably, it started all over again. 2) The restaurant for dinner and the service in the evening or for breakfast; dismal. You don't even get everything that is announced on the menu (first ingredients of your sushi bowl: octopus & fish eggs - but don't think there was any of this in our bowl). The waiter was hardly polite, we really had the impression to annoy him and he brought the main course while we were still eating the starter, and just pushed everything on the table, without uttering a word, and left. Next morning: yoghurt, but no spoon. Exception though for Israel and Melissa, very nice!

Omg! Had the best time ever, I would love to stay longer next time. The room was perfect, the staff were super friendly. The food was great specially the bars. Going back soon!
