Alpen van Luzern: Luxe vakanties

When we arrived at 20:30 we were told that the kitchen was closed and no room service available either. So we had to order take out and have it delivered to the room. The room itself was ok, except the bathroom was very old and very small. The room was too hot with no option to turn on AC or shut down the heating. View over the lake was very nice.

Top verblijf.Very professional team. They do listen to ur requests very professionally. The view and the air has some magic at the top. Dank u wel Hotel Chateau Gutsch Team.

Right in the heart of the historic part of Luzern. Everything within walking distance. Absolutely a 3 star hotel and no more. Most staff are pleasant but not all. Check in is in another hotel on the next square as mentioned beforehand. But so is breakfast which was not mentioned. The surroundings are very, very noisy. From very early in the morning till very late at night.
