'Segun hicimos un upgrade para tener servicio de Altitude, pero el mayordomo asignado renuncio al siguiente dia que llegamos y nunca se nos informo ni nos reasignaron a otra persona, total pagamos por un servicio que no se proporciono y cuando pusimos la queja en recepcion, igual no paso nada. Bueno Julian y Hugo son unas personas muy amables y atentas!!!'
