'The property itself was good, good location. The problem I had was we left the room on Saturday and let the cleaning people know we didn’t need our room cleaned. We only needed them to leave us towels. Before leaving our room I hung my pajamas on the back of the bathroom door and a towel was hanging in front of it. 'Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, extensive breakfast. Great that it is a green hotel. That they take the environment into account and separate the waste. Safe the planet. Excellently located hotel for a good price.'

'It was nice to have a separated bedroom. Great A/C to cool down. Plenty of space for an air mattress so the kids didn't have to share a fold out couch. Lots to do nearby.'

'Room was okay, seemed to be occupied by extended stay. Mistakenly booked smoking king (which there was a notation of additional 200 deposit) asked to change to king non smoking was informed that would be an upcharge so had to go to double queen non smoking. Asked about ice machines and was informed non were working. Breakfast was minimal. An ok stay but will not book again.'

'It was clean for an older motel. Shower could use some work and bring your kwn pillows. The pillows provided are lumpy and horrible.'

'All Hamptons have nice rooms and extras. The Seguin Hampton was exceptional. Pool was very clean and gym was in good working order. Breakfast was good. Room had a nice shower which I prefer. I don't need an accessible room yet but I hate having to step into and out of a tub. The best thing was: At check in I was NOT ASKED for an extra $50 for "incidentals" which the Hampton in Lufkin did and I have yet to get my money back.'

'The lawn and landscaping needed tending to, pet friendly facility, but no where to take my dog to go to the bathroom safely. Hallway carpets looked like there had been water and looked grossly stained.'

'Great stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the outlets, making shopping easy. The staff was friendly, and both the lobby and our room were clean and well-maintained. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay. Parking became a little challenging later in the evening, but we were still able to find a spot. Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again.'

'Staff was nice. Rooms were pretty worn. Torn fabric on chair. Had to ask for a do not disturb sign at front desk. Elevator needed cleaning, food crumbles on floor and were still there the next day. '

'The breakfast was enjoyable and we liked the room amenities. The staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in/out was easy. But, the hotel itself feels old and needs a good cleaning/updating. The room and hall carpets smelled musty, our blanket had stains on it, the furniture had heavy scuff marks on it, there were stains in the bathroom that just made it feel grungy and unclean. The price was good, but I'd probably take my chances with a different hotel next time.'

'This was a hidden gem that we were lucky to come across. Very clean and updated property. The pool and river access were a great perk. The full bar and food were great. We will be booking again.'

'Beautifully decorated. Nice and cool rooms. Spacious design. The bathrooms were excellent and water nice and hot. The only disappointments were there wasn’t an iron and no breakfast was served. However there was a wonderful cafe near by. Just a 6 min walk. It made the trip well rounded. I will most definitely tell my friends and family and will stay again! Lovely staff! Made my husband and I wedding anniversary a very relaxing and stress free experience.'

'My room was NEVER serviced during my 3-night stay. Room was not a clean as I would have liked upon arrival. The exterior of the property was unkept (weeds everywhere & some trash). Room was economically priced = basically paid for bed & shower.'
