'Very disappointing stay. I waited 30 minutes to be let in, then was told my booked room had been given to someone else because I arrived around 9pm. The replacement room had a single bed instead of double l had booked , was unclean and looked like it had been used. The owner was rude, while Expedia was helpful and offered compensation. The access road is also very poor and dusty. Definitely would not stay again!!'

'These are great value apartments but these few are run independently of Miomba Mews so the breakfast is only available at one of the venues listed. This could be a bit clearer. The apartments are great - very clean with most of what you need. Lamps could do with the correct plug on them (bedroom!) and a few utensils are broken or missing but apart from that, they are very spacious and comfortable and we felt very safe there due to the 24 hour security and high walls etc. Anna was also very kind...
