'Staff were excellent, cleaned the room well and were always nice. There is a lot of work that needs to be done with the property itself ie New Doors. The towels could do with replacing. The breakfast area isn't the best, but they could set outside as it's not been raining.Coffee wasn't the best. The breakfast could do with a few options being added. '

'I stayed at their sister lodge, Nkosi and, I don't have enough superlatives to describe how wonderful everything was. Very spacious. Clean. Delicious food. Excellent customer service. Peaceful decor.'

'Great room but expensive. There is no pool to the Safari Club. Next door Safari Hotel has a small pool with small deck. For a hotel at this (price) level, a pool should be a must. The complimentary happy hour, and high tea are a fun little extra. We stayed 3 nights but I believe 2 is enough to see the Victoria Falls and some wildlife.'

From the initial check-in to every day when I saw her, she took care of every meat I had. She made sure that I pre-ordered my meals. She took care of booking my chores and a dinner in the evening.
