'Too old and no elavators'

'Pittoresque and well maintained hotel with a grand atmosphere. Lovely staff and very helpful and service minded too. Great breakfast with eggs freshly made to your choice and good coffee. It’s location is perfect, you’ll get to see all the ships that enter and leave the city marina and very close to everything worth seeing in zadar. Did I mention the great breakfast?'

'Great room right in the middle of the Old Town.'

'They thought of every little detail. Lovely!'

'First, let's be clear, this is NOT a hotel. It's a set of apartments on the top floor of what can only be described as a tenement building in need of serious maintenance. The common remark "putting lipstick on a pig" summarizes well. We were a small group so I can only speak to the 3 rooms part of our party had as the others were placed in other buildings. Our location was above a restaurant and the reason it's so hard to find, as other reviewers noted, is because there's a menu stand on one...

'Pro's: Perfect location. Good dorms, spacious. Key for baggage storage. Great staff. Not crowded in late april. Shared showers and toilets are clean. Con's: Missing toilet seat in one of the men;s toilets, seems like an easy cheap repair. In most of the rooms when the windows are opened, mosquitoes will fly in.'

'Superb location and gorgeous unit. Right in the heart of old town, yet the place is quiet due to good window insulation. Modern and chic and newly renovated. Beautiful interior design and color schemes. Couch facing TV is a comfortable hangout area for drinks and breakfast. Extra sink is a plus. Good storage spaces throughout. Love all the amenities. Host Inga is incredible! Detailed instructions and welcome details with lots of tips and recommendations. We do have to climb 3 flights of stairs...

'The staff was wonderful and super friendly. This apartment was everything we needed. Super clean and perfect. Location was excellent. The view was awesome. With big balcony doors. Perfect little table with two chairs. Perfect for a couple. Swimming right out front, pool was amazing, and restaurant was very very good. Walking distance to old town. Only negative was checkout is at 10am. I am used to 11am or 12pm. So you don’t feel rushed.'
