« This was an outstanding stay! Very comfortable. They had everything you could want/need in a short term rental. I was able to fix several meals in the kitchen with ease. The only hiccup was that the place hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants when we arrived. It was an oversight that was quickly remedied with the cleaning crew arriving soon after we communicated the problem. The host was easy to reach and apologetic. Even with this minor inconvenience, I would definitely recommend this...

« Propre, bien situé et calme, stationnement facile dans la rue et gratuit, à 30 minutes à pied du centre sinon payer très cher le parking . Très bien pour 4 personnes.L'annonce n'indique pas que l'escalier n'est pas fait pour les personnes à faible mobilité car il est très raide. Les deux lits de 90 cm avec matelas confortables mais les lattes des lits doivent être isolées du sommier car le grincement est insupportable.Manque les petits linges de toilette et savon/shampooing.Sinon on à trois...

« A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again. »

« Excellent house , very cosy and had everything you would need , there was a lovely little garden with seating area , the only thing we had a gripe with was no lights in the garden , ok during the Day but could not sit out at night , it would have been lovely as it was so warm .5 minutes walk to the Shambles but plenty of bars and restaurants just around the corner from the house , small Italian restaurant 2 minutes away was excellent, plenty to eat aswell .will definitely come back , the beds...

« The listing suggested that there were 1.5 or 2 bathrooms (depending on the page), there was a single shower room containing the shower, a toilet and washbasin. A very short walk to the City Centre, a local shop and pubs makes this an excellent location for visiting York. We arrived by train and the property was only 10-minutes by taxi from the station. There is a hole in the floor in the front bedroom by the wardrobe, it is covered by the carpet but can catch you out. The property does have a...

« This place is good - recently renovated and is in very good condition, nice furnishings. Overall very clean. Had all the basics you need. Fast Wi-Fi. Big fridge. We liked the walk into town along the river - we didn’t need the car all day. Hosts had good comms. Definitely cosy -the place is in a row of small terrace houses- it is small but cute…and very noisy (thump/creaky) when downstairs and someone is walking around upstairs. Impossible to cool the place down in the very hot weather we had....
