« 10 members from 2 families had a wonderful half term break . The accommodation was very spacious as was the outside area with a heated swimming pool ,tennis court and croquet lawn and garden area .It was the perfect place to explore the surrounding area and then come back for us all to play tennis or have a swim . We were all able to relax helped by the lovely gardens . Thank you . »

« Our main objective in visiting York was the trains! We especially enjoyed the York Minster, the wall, the Shambles & the incredible history. The Friargate location was perfect for our group of 8. Highly recommend this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. Only snag was getting a parking ticket for parking a van in the designated spot in front of the house. »

« Really lovely apartment just outside the city walls. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Little extras including, sourdough bread, butter, preserves, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals, chocolate , wine and a treat from Betty's all made it feel really special and that you are very welcome. Communication before arrival was great, as was check in when we were helped with our bags down the steps and shown around. Anita (our host) was on holiday...

« We stayed here for 2 nights with our daughters (4 adults) to attend a graduation ceremony. It was perfect for our needs - great location with the bonus of parking and being next to the railway station. Very peaceful and the facilities were excellent. We were made to feel very welcome. We would recommend and would definitely stay there again when visiting York »

"Une déco très sympa qui complète à merveille un voyage dans cette magnifique ville de York. Le personnel est avenant et il est possible pour des raisons environnementales de ne pas faire changer les serviettes tous les jours et c’est la première fois que je vois une poubelle de tri dans une chambre d’hôtel."
