Soak up the sunshine and fresh air in this lovely outdoor space, or head inside to enjoy the fantastic shared games room, which includes a darts board, pool table, and an upstairs TV lounge where you can kick back and watch your favourite films. In the courtyard is also a communal BBQ, perfect for al-fresco dining on those summer nights. Please note all these facilities are shared with our neighbouring holiday home. The hot tub cannot be used after 10pm and the games cannot cannot be used after 11pm.



Located on Walpole Street, this welcoming home is perfectly placed for exploring York’s rich history and vibrant culture. York Minster, The Shambles, and the National Railway Museum are all just a 15-minute walk away, with excellent public transport links close by to help you discover more of the city and beyond.

For your comfort and convenience, the house includes high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, and free parking for 1 car in an open garage, along with electric socket to plug in electric vehicles via 3-pin charging.

The Hot Tub and Games Room are external from your accommodation and shared with our other holiday home. This area is accessed through the garage area to the side of the property.

Getting Around:

There are fantastic transport links into and around the city, a regular bus route can be taken from the street outside.



There is a hop on hop off red bus tour, red river boats and taxis. We think the best way to see the city is on foot, by meandering around the streets and walls of the City of York you'll stumble across a multitude of hidden gems, eateries, historic monuments and so much more.

The outdoor area, including the BBQ, Hot Tub and Game Room is shared with our neighbouring holiday home this outdoor area is accessed through the garage area located to the side of the property.
