« The house was great for our family. It is an older developed neighborhood very close to downtown. We had tons of restaurants, the waterfront and grocery stores nearby. The neighbors were all nice and the houses all have good landscaping. It as a safe area. The house had three comfortable rooms and 2 bathrooms. There were two separate TV living rooms and my boys enjoyed having their own space downstairs. »

« My past experience is that properties are not quite as good as they look online. This was an exception. It was even better than I expected. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. So many lovely details right down to some of the most comfortable pillows I have ever laid my head on. I would definitely stay here again! »

« The property was quite beautiful inside and out and I loved all the plants and flowers in the garden. Inside was nicely decorated and the had a great use of space. It worked well for 3 people. The host was friendly and I loved her cats. Parking was easy and instructions thorough. Thanks so much for a great place to stay while in town. »

« This sweet spot is just great! So comfortable and classy, with great communication with the hosts. Amazing spot! Definitely and highly recommend. « We had an amazing time staying at the House at the Falls. We were looking for a quiet stay, surrounded by nature, and lots of fresh air for a short honeymoon. This was the perfect spot. « Great place overall. Clean. Easy entry/exit. Good communication. You are in a basement so you will hear people/kids above you, but it is not too distracting. We were working remotely there full-time and it was fine though. If you are just using it for vacation it wouldn’t be an issue. It is quiet overnight. »

« We stayed here with my various family members to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. The house was perfect. Everyone had their own space and still lots of room to hang out and catch up with each other. The kids loved the fact they could hope on a bike and explore the neighborhood. For a short walk there are fun shops and so much great food. We will be back and for longer next time! »

« Absolutely loved it I got this house for my 21st birthday. The price was good the location was good and there was plenty of parking. The only issue I had was getting in but the communication was perfect they answered immediately and solved it right away. I had around 15 people all together and there was plentyyyy of room. Will definitely be staying again and always referring this house to other people! »

« A very clean and spacious house for a large family gathering with lots of kids. They enjoyed running and playing and the game room was a nice addition. Fast responses to my questions via text messaging. Easy booking. Only downside is the location to the freeway. I couldn't open my bedroom window at night to let fresh air in due to the loud traffic noise. Property management does provide ear plugs in every room. We didn't use them because we needed to be able to hear with the small children...

« We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property. »

« The hosts put much love and effort to make the property unique and inviting. Nice decor, wonderful patio with water fountain, It is small, and the working and kitchen amenities are minimal. The window coverings let light in, but just put a pillow over your head. It works out beautifully. The hosts are personable and eager to make your stay comfortable. »
