'We were a group of 17, house fit us all well. Close proximity to beach. 15 to 20 minute walk to 5th AVe. Pool was small, but we made it work. Air conditioning was good, water was unpredictable, it often quit, but fixed promptly when called.'

They put us in contact with private transportation from the Cancun airport and arranged for the kitchen to be stocked when we arrived. Good snorkeling right off the beach. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and fully enjoy the property without needing to go out. We hired a private chef one night that the property owners recommended, and she was incredible!
