« The room was ok. Didn’t really look like the pictures I saw. I thought it would be an individual cabin it was basically a 2 room motel attached to other units. The area was nice and quiet and the bar and restaurant across the parking lot was nice and the people were friendly. The bed was too soft for us and the bathroom was way smaller then I expected and having the sink in the bedroom was just weird but we didn’t spend much time at the “cabin” so it was as ok. »

« The cottage looks nice in photos and they do keep it as clean as they can; however, it is very rundown. We were bothered by the strong smell of fabric softener (gives us migraines) and mildew. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom narrow and dark, and overall, we just had “the creeps” the whole time. So much so that we left early. Honestly, we expected more for the price. You can find better options in the area for what we paid. »

« What a cute spot! This place is well put together and so cozy. It was very clean, has a super comfortable bed, and a great screened in porch to enjoy the views without the bugs. A short 10 minute bike ride to downtown BRF, 5 minute drive to Castle Mound for pine forest hikes, and 35 minutes to the Sparta trailhead for the Elroy-Sparta bike trail.
