'Nice place to stay for a couple of days. Friendly hosts. The food is said to be very good, but we didt get the change to experience it ourselves. We took the guided bus to Cambridge, leaving the car at the nearby P+R. In the 2nd- front- room the traffic noise was quite loud although there were not that many cars passing at night.'

'Having previously had an excellent stay we returned again for a few days and weren’t disappointed. Lovely quiet location within easy driving distance to beautiful beaches. Plenty of parking. Very clean comfortable room nicely decorated. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will return.'

'Not the first, and won't be the last time I have stayed here. Very cosy pub, good food, friendly staff and comfi bedroom with easy parking. What else could you wish for? On this occasion, I even was able to help them with a beer dispense issue (my previous profession) so a good stay all round. Looking forward to my next stay.'

'Loved everything about the place so don't need to write about certain aspects of our stay as it was ALL GREAT! thanks to everyone for all there help'

'Quaint old coaching inn set in a medieval village. Hearty full English breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. A good place to tour Norfolk from.'

'Very friendly staff. Beautifully situated hotel. Very Comfortable.'

'Primarily chosen as it was near to an event we were attending at the Nene Valley Railway (a short drive from the pub). We liked that the accommodation was in a separate building to the pub (although the pub was not loud). Good breakfast, evening meals, and friendly staff. We have a lovely walk around the village one evening, went back following day to try the local tea rooms but they closed early which was a shame. Will definitely stay here again'
