'Expectations exceeded reality. Initially the astetics of arriving at the pub/hotel looked promising and the ambiance of the bar area pleasent with polite reception staff.The room (4) was at first site ok, but a more detailed look revealed a more dirty aspect and not as expected. The windows slatted blind very dusty, corner of the bathroom by the door, grime. Black mold in the shower around the metal shelf, the shower head holder broken and loosy fitted the drooping shower head. Under the bed...

'Nice place to stay for a couple of days. Friendly hosts. The food is said to be very good, but we didt get the change to experience it ourselves. We took the guided bus to Cambridge, leaving the car at the nearby P+R.
In the 2nd- front- room the traffic noise was quite loud although there were not that many cars passing at night.'

'The Guinness Arms had character rooms and the hallway was just as nice. Our room had aircon and also a skylight which had retractable blinds if you wanted to look at the sky or not.
Room was clean and cosy with coffee and tea facilities. A bottle of water was also supplied with a selection of biscuits. Iron and board in cupboard for those who want to sort the creases out.
Hotel was quiet and calm just the way we like it, we stayed in the week so not sure what it would be like at the...

'This is an aparthotel that also has double rooms. I stayed in a room. It was large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bath tub in the bedroom, and also a separate shower room and toilet, but a tiny basin with not enough room to rest even a small toilet bag. The shower head worked but leaked. The power cable to the room TV had disconnected and was impossible to reconnect without tools. Although I enjoyed an excellent dinner at the restaurant, it does not serve breakfast during...
