The space

Outstanding and exclusive three bedroom Penthouse top floor at Zephyr Mountain

Lodge for your family enjoyment and stunning view of the ski resort. This

condominium has two floors with three bedrooms on the first floor and direct

access off the elevator with steps up to the living and kitchen area. The

lower level also has a stackable washer/dryer. The living area has views out

of the giant picture windows to enjoy all the happenings summer and winter,

full kitchen with family style dining table, and a small powder room.



The Bedroom

The primary bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom

has a queen and ensuite bathroom, and the third bedroom has 2 twins with a

jack and jill bathroom. This townhome will sleep a max of 6 people, as there

is not a sofa sleeper in the living room.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slope-side accommodations.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
