« Well-appointed, recently updated cozy cabin by the historic Rapids Lodge & Restaurant in the center of Grand Lake. Comfortable king-sized bed and wonderful hot showers with on-demand heating. Easy parking. We look forward to returning soon! »

« We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. »

« This newly renovated cottage was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and accessible and we had great communication with the owner before and during the visit. Although, we did not have kiddos with us, the cottage has everything you need for a family visit. »

« We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was perfect for my fiance and I while we were in town for a wedding. The only “down side” was that the bathroom would sometimes smell like light cigarette smoke. But the smell wouldn’t travel outside of the bathroom, which is good. Just an FYI for those who have asthma like me or are sensitive to smells. It didn’t bother me much. We will keep this condo in mind for future stays when we are back in Winter Park. »

« Overall a very nice condo. Only negative is not under owner’s control. The people upstairs were extremely noisy and the hot tub was not functioning. Otherwise it was a nice and comfortable place. »

« Beautiful gem in Fraser. Cozy, everything thought out, warm, inviting and for a single or couple. The host was flexible ( I accidentally booked the wrong week) , kind and communicated quickly. I didn’t use the sauna.. but what a bonus ! Highly recommend this spot ! »
