« The property is dated, especially with the furniture. Some repairs are needed in the bathroom area. It was within easy walking distance of town. The balcony is a great place for early-morning coffee and all meals fixed in the condo. Very quiet. Plenty of parking spaces close to the condo entrance. No Wi-Fi connection available. We tried every day for a week. »

« This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

« The location was amazing! Super convenient for the slopes. The kitchen was stocked well enough for the simple meals we intended to cook while there. Unfortunately the washer/dryer was broken for the duration of our stay. There was another community laundry room on the property but it required you check on your laundry every 35 minutes. My family had a great vacation and really enjoyed staying here. »

« Due to the off-season at the resort area, it was very quiet. The host, Kat, could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. The place is well appointed with everything you might need. The property is well maintained. Communication with host was A+. Location was great and a place we could travel to and from places we were exploring during the day. Highly recommend this property and the host. »
