Flats in Windsor

'False advertising. The pictures in the listing are not truthful to the condition of the hotel. The room we got was very worn and dirty. There were even gross things wiped on the bathroom walls. This is one of those older hotels that want to be a boutique so they renovate but without keeping it up, what’s the point? Door knobs were loose/didn’t latch well. Not what I was expecting given the pictures and ratings.'

'The parking was easy, the room was quiet and the bed was super comfy. Everything was really good. Disappointing they don't include breakfast though.'

'Very polite and attentive staff. Checked in very quickly and even offered us a glass of champagne as it was our anniversary the day we checked in. Not a ton of amenities (pool, fitness center) since it is an older building located directly in downtown, however, the building is very clean and our room was great for the two of us. Would stay again and I’d say it’s a great spot for couples staying within the wine country area.'
