'Good rooms, good parking, poor breakfast options, ac is loud'

'Smoke detector was chirping when I entered my room. After two calls to the front desk, the clerk came to my room, took it off the wall, removed the battery and left it on the dresser. The provided hairdryer didn’t not work. And one of my towels had black stuff all over it, and one of the washcloths had what looked like a blood stain! Finally, had to depart a day early due to a family issue, and after talking to the front desk, Expedia, and the hotel manager Friday morning, I was unable to...

'This property is INCREDIBLE! We had a full apartment - it even had a laundry room! Was so surprised and the only thing I would have changed was us staying longer to enjoy it; we only stopped to catch some sleep on a road trip - in and out. We got in late, and I was really confused because the office was closed. I walked up to the office door, there was a note with instructions, I followed them and was in bed 20 minutes later!'

'Gibson Warehouse is well location on the edge of downtown Staunton. The property’s rooms are oversized with great bedding. While I would not hesitate to stay here again, the room we most recently stayed in could use additional lighting. '

'We were there two days. When we got back to our room there had been no housekeeping done. My wife went to the office to get some clean towels. She asked why no one cleaned the reply was “we knocked and no one answered”'

'Our room and my daughter’s room was filthy. There was a dead bug inside a pillowcase: a bug smashed on the wall with a streak of bug guts; peanuts under the desk area; yellow stains on the sheets; a lot of dead bugs under the curtains; and what appeared to be a mouse hole in the wall. We left and found a clean room at the Holiday Inn Express. We have pictures and requested a refund.'
